The Freixenet Group incorporates Marc Sagimon as Marketing Director for Spain and Latam

The Freixenet Group, world leader in cava, has incorporated Marc Sagimon as the new Marketing Director for Spain and Latam. The executive, who was already part of the company as Global Brand Manager between 2012 and 2015 and later as Global Marketing Manager between 2015 and 2017, now takes up this new position, thus beginning a new stage for the marketing department.

In this new cycle, Marc Sagimon will lead the Freixenet Group’s marketing strategy with the aim of maximizing the value of the different brands that make up the group and consumer satisfaction. Specifically, he will be in charge of the marketing strategy for brands such as Freixenet, Segura Viudas, Alfred Gratien, René Barbier, Monólogo or Mangaroca, among others.

Marc Sagimon has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), did an exchange at the Delft University of Technology (TUDelft) and later a master’s degree in Business Consulting from the School of Industrial Organization (EOI).

Likewise, he has a solid experience of more than 13 years occupying marketing, trade marketing, sales and business consulting management positions in large companies in the pharmaceutical and professional services sector.
