Castellblanc began life in 1908, founded by the Parera family and developed by its successors, and has always strived to bring the art of sparkling wine production to the glass. Initially located in the centre of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, in the late 1970s it moved to the outskirts of the town due to an increase in demand. Castellblanc is one of the oldest wineries producing cava and is a pioneer in the use of new technologies in manufacturing processes.
