Segura Viudas, the Premium brand of Cava, has recently received important awards for the quality of its cavas worldwide. Segura Viudas Brut Rosé is the only cava included in the Top 10 of the best sparkling wines in the world, recently published by the prestigious international Effervescents du Monde competition, which has also awarded a gold medal to this elegant rosé cava. Through a coupage of the red grape varieties Trepat, Garnacha and Pinot Noir, this rosé cava stands out for its freshness and its fruity aromas of raspberry, currant and pomegranate, and for its sweet touch and just a touch of sweetness.

For its part, the iconic cava from the Segura Viudas Reserva Heredad winery has received a high evaluation of 90 points in an article by the critic Alison Napjus published in the prestigious Britain wine publication Wine Spectator. According to Napjus, Reserva Heredad is “an elegant cava, with a delicate base of smoky minerality and notes of peach and raspberry compote”. Finally, the emblematic cava of the brand, Segura Viudas Brut Reserva, has received gold medals in 2021 at Mundus Vini, Concours Mondial de Bruxelles and Premis Vinari. These are relevant awards for the quality of the cavas made at the Heredad Segura Viudas, which has a wine-growing tradition of more than 800 years.
