Freixenet Group renews its commitment to the Diversity Charter for inclusion and non-discrimination in the workplace

At Freixenet Group we have renewed our commitment as signatories of the Diversity Charter, an initiative of the Diversity Foundation. We are thus reaffirming our commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace after first adhering to the Diversity Charter as early as 2023.
Among the 10 Principles of the Diversity Charter are the promotion of equal opportunities and respect for diversity, the promotion of work-life balance and co-responsibility or the construction of a diverse workforce, encouraging the integration of people with diverse profiles, regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, etc. origin, religion, beliefs, age, disability, or any other personal or social circumstance, among others.
The European Commission supports the mission and work of the Diversity Charters that exist in each of the countries of the European Union through the European Diversity Charters Platform and the European Diversity Month, among other initiatives. In addition, we also have the “Protocol for the Prevention and Treatment of Harassment at Work” agreed with the legal representation of the workers, once again demonstrating our commitment to ensure a safe workspace for all staff.
