Freixenet Group celebrates Welcome Week to welcome all the people who have joined our company in 2022

We celebrate that the week of November 14 to 18 we were able to enjoy the Freixenet Welcome Week Group to welcome all the people who have joined our company in 2022 contributing talent and commitment. The entire Management actively participated in the dynamics sharing our values and Corporate Culture, in addition to listening to their proposals and concerns.

On the second day we celebrated the Welcome Day, where the management committee participated together with the new incorporations and their direct managers. A first dynamic “You are Our History” was carried out to present all attendees to make themselves known, followed by a dynamic where participants had to highlight the values of the company with which they identified and propose opportunities for improvement. Finally, a fun contest was organized in the style of “Pasapalabra” where attendees could demonstrate, in groups, their knowledge about Grupo Freixenet and compete with great emotion. A final toast with Elyssia culminated the act.

During the week, the conference consisted of an onboarding agenda consisting of presentations from each of the areas that are part of the Freixenet Group, which is why Welcome Day 2021 has become Welcome Week 2022. In these sessions the different managers and teams ofG&A (HR, Administration & Finance, IT, Legal and OCM), SCM (Logistics and Dry Materials & Service Procurement), Operations (Production, Quality, Wine and Wine & Grape Procurement), International Marketing, CGF (Marketing, On-Trade Sales, Off-Trade Sales, Trade Marketing and Commercial Administration), Communication, Sustainability and PR & Wine Tourism , shared with all the new additions of the company their teams of people and strategies of each area, in order to provide them with a 360º vision of the business. There was also a complete technical visit to the Cavas and production areas, a surprise activity consisting of a yoga class and a wine tasting of Freixenet and Segura Viudas.

It was a pleasure to share this week of introduction, learning and camaraderie with the new talents who have joined the company!
